Milo Choc Chip Scones

Perhaps making the humble scone with Milo as an ingredient is sacrilege, but all I can say is these are divine. I got the recipe from a friend of mine who lives in Canberra - Kylie - and she makes them for her band of boys and they love them.

Milo Choc Chip Scones

Sift 4 cups S/R flour and 1/2 cup Milo in large bowl.Mix through 1/2 cup choc bits.

Make a well in centre and pour in 300ml thickened cream and a can of lemonade.

Cut liquid through till combined, pour out and knead gently and roll out until about 2cm thick, cut and bake in mod oven for out 15mins or till browned.

I made the first batch of these this morning and am waiting for them to cool before they are devoured.
